Problem
Food has frozen
together.
There is no audible
alarm although the door
has been open for a
long time.
Possible cause and remedy
The food packaging was not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
Use a blunt instrument, e.g. a spoon handle or
plastic scraper, to prise it apart carefully.
This is not a fault. The alarm has been switched off
in Settings mode (see "Selecting further settings –
Setting the volume/Switching alarms and audible
tones on/off").
Sabbath mode has been switched on.
