Possible Cause
1. Faulty low voltage cable
connections
2. Improper or no ground at
control unit
3. Faulty barrel/cascade assembly
4. Faulty low voltage cable
5. Faulty control PC board
6. Dirty air cap and/or fluid nozzle
7. Blown fuse
8. Is the power turned on?
9. Is the atomizing air turned on?
10. Is the applicator triggered?
11. Is the applicator switch on?
12. Is the paint too conductive?
13. Faulty flow switch
1. Failed fluid hose
2. Isolation stand or charged
equipment too close to
ground

Solution
1. Check and secure at the applicator and at the
control unit.
2. Trace and correct.
3. Replace.
4. Replace.
5. Replace.
6. Clean as require per suggested "Maintenance
Schedule".
7. Replace fuse.
8. Check power supply.
9. Check air regulator.
10. Check applicator trigger.
11. Check applicator switch.
12. Check conductivity of paint.
13. Replace flow switch.
1. Replace fluid hose.
2. Provide adequate ground distance.
