With the coolant reservoir uncapped, start the engine and keep it at idle (the vibrations
produced will help any air remaining in the circuit to escape).
•
Turn off the engine.
•
If the coolant level has dropped add more coolant up to the maximum level.
•
Screw upper cap on the coolant reservoir.
•
Apply a tube from the tank cap to the bottom of the frame to allow any excess liquid or
vapor to vent safely.
