Clutch cable inner replacement
Removal
- Loosen the stopper nut at rear
- Remove cable from release lever ( A )
- Take out the cable from stopper
- Disconnect cable from lever end
- Pull out cable inner from lever end

10 mm, 12mm
Clutch cable assembly at pulley end
Assembly
- Connect cable to clutch lever
- Insert cable inner through cable outer
- Connect adjuster to stopper clutch cable at engine end
- Pull out clutch inner through clutch release lever and
pinch bolt
- Tighten pinch bolt
- To adjust free play, loosen pinch bolt pull cable in or out
and tighten pinch bolt.
