Filling CNG
-
Take the vehicle to CNG bunk and stop the engine.
-
Filler valve is inside the driver seat cover CNG tank.
-
Pull the cover CNG tank from the B pillar partition
-
Pull out the dust plug from the refueling unit fitted on
the first stage reduction unit on the CNG tank
-
Fill the required quantity of CNG.

Refit the dust plug
NOTE
The dust plug must be fitted back properly in the re-fuelling
unit after filling the CNG, otherwise the vehicle will not start.
CAUTION
Ensure that the manual shut-off valve is in open condition
before filling CNG and before starting the vehicle.
WARNING
After filling the gas always note if any leakage noise is
coming from the re-fuelling unit.
If so close the manual valve and switch off the ignition.
Don't try to fill CNG beyond 200 bar pressure. Test your
cylinder as per safety requirements every 5 years.
OPERATING YOUR VEHICLE
To check leakage note gas pressure level on the pressure
gauge fitted on the CNG cylinder while parking over night.
Check the pressure again before using the vehicle. If there is
difference in level take the vehicle to the authorised service
station
