- Open the throttle a little by rotating the throttle grip in the
clock wise direction; simultaneously release the clutch
lever gently and gradually.
- The vehicle will start moving forward. As the vehicle picks
up speed shift to the next higher gear. Select the required
gears in similar manner.
Km. 1st gear 2nd gear
Speed 15 km/h 20 km/h
While shifting to each gear close the throttle fully and
depress the clutch with out fail.
Ensure that the hand brake is released before moving the
vehicle after parking.
Filling LPG
- Take the vehicle to LPG bunk and stop the engine.
- Filler valve is inside the driver seat cover LPG tank.
- Pull the cover LPG tank from the B pillar partition and open
the cover LPG tank.
- Loosen and remove the cap filler valve by rotating it in the
anti-clockwise direction.
- Fill the required quantity of LPG.
- Refit and tighten cap filler valve in clockwise direction.

WARNING
After filling the gas always note down any leakage noise is
coming from the filler valve area.
If so open the gas tight housing from the multi valve and
close the manual valve and switch off the ignition ( Ref.
figure in page no.56)
Don't try to fill LPG beyond 80% of the tank capacity.
Don't adjust any of the Multi valve setting on your own.
Test your cylinder as per safety requirements every 5 years
To check leakage note gas level on the level gauge fitted on
the LPG cylinder while parking over night. Check the level
again before using the vehicle. If there is difference in level
