Verify Operation of the Signal Generator

To verify the operation of the N5186A MXG, run a Self Test and Internal
Alignments.
The frequency range of the N5186A depends on the option ordered:
— Option 503: 9 kHz to 3 GHz
— Option 506: 9 kHz to 6 GHz
— Option 508: 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz

Run a Self Test

Refer to the

1. From the N5186A application, select the system (3-bar) icon at the top left
