Assembly — Installing the Light Kit
Attaching the light kit to

the switch housing
NOTE: If you do not wish to install the light kit, skip steps
11 through 12 and proceed to step 13.

Remove the three light kit mounting screws (II) from
the switch housing cover and keep these screws.
□
While holding the light kit (J) under your fan motor
assembly (G), locate two single white and blue wires
in the switch housing labeled "FOR LIGHT". Make the
polarized plug connections (TT):
- White to white
- Blue to black

Carefully push all wires back into the switch housing
(SS). Install the light kit (J) onto the switch housing
(SS) with the three light kit mounting screws (II)
provided. Be sure to tighten all screws.

CAUTION: Before starting installation, disconnect the
power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse
at the fuse box. Turning power off using the fan switch is not
sufficient to prevent electric shock.

Install the 9W LED bulb (JJ) (included).
□
Position the notches (UU) in the outer rim of the glass
shade (K) so they line up with the tabs (VV) on the
inside of the rim on the light kit (J). Carefully lift the
glass (K) up inside the light kit (J) and secure it to the
fan by turning the glass shade (K) clockwise until
snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
