4.9 Fingerprint sensor board
Removing the Fingerprint sensor board
To remove the fingerprint sensor board, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-13.
1. Turn the Cover FAT assembly face down.
2. Lift up the hook and remove the fingerprint sensor board cover while sliding it in
the direction of arrow in the figure below.
3. Remove the fingerprint sensor board fixed with the double-sided tape and peel off
the tape that prevents a waterdrop from entering the computer.
4. Disconnect the fingerprint sensor cable from the connector on the fingerprint sensor
board.
