Belt Tracking Adjustment

A
Tools required: 3mm Allen Wrench
1. If the belt (A) is traveling to the right (C), tighten the bottom screw (G, Inset) 1/4 turn.
If the belt (A) is traveling to the left (B), tighten the top screw (H, Inset) 1/4 turn.
2. Spin the fl ywheel (D) forward and backward (5 revolutions minimum) to ensure that the belt stays in the center of the
idler bearings (F, Inset) and does not rub against the idler support arm (E).
3. If the belt continues to travel, tighten the appropriate screw another 1/4 turn.
4. When fi nished with adjustments, hand tighten the jam nuts to lock the adjustments in place.

Saddle Adjustment

Tools required: Two 13mm Wrenches
1. Loosen the nuts on either side of the saddle clamp
using two wrenches.
2. Position the saddle to the desired angle fore/aft
location on the rails.
3. With the saddle horn aligned to center of bike,
re-tighten the saddle clamp nuts with the same amount
of force on both the right and left nut. Hand tighten so
seat doesn't move.
