    Calibration The console needs to be calibrated prior to use in order for the level display to function properly. Note: If the console is disconnected from the power supply or the batteries have been removed, the console will be reset to the default settings.

    How To Remove Crank Arms and Shrouds Tools required: 3mm & 8mm Allen wrench, Phillips screwdriver, Crank Puller Tool o remove crank arms: 1. Remove crank screws (A, K) using an 8mm allen wrench. 2. Use a crank puller tool to fully remove cranks (B, J). Important: Thread the crank puller into the threads of the crank arm being careful not to cross the threads and tighten by hand.

    Remove Pedals Tools required: 15mm Open End Wrench 1. Remove the right pedal (B) by turning it counterclock- wise. 2. Install the right pedal (B) by turning it clockwise. 3. Remove the left pedal (A) by turning it clockwise. 4. Install the left pedal (A) by turning it counterclockwise. Pedals: 35 ft.lbs.

    Remove and Replace the Drive Belt and Pulley Correct Incorrect Tools required: 6mm Allen Wrench To remove the drive belt: 1. Remove crank arms and left and right shrouds as described in Remove Crank Arms and Shrouds. 2. Walk off drive belt (D) to remove tension on pulley (A). Install new drive belt in reverse order.

    Remove Brake Assembly Tools required: 10mm Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver 1. Remove crank arms and left and right shrouds as described in Remove Crank Arms and Shrouds. 2. Unhook the spring (B) from the brake assembly (E). 3. Slide the end of the brake cable (D) out of the groove. Do not unscrew the cable from the end cylinder (A). 4.
