MAINTENANCE

Check and adjust the brake
linkage.
Check and adjust the wheel
brakes.
Check and refill as required.
Clean the dust collector box(es).
Refill to prevent condensation.
Test the operation of the device.
Replenish the oil.
Test the operation of the device.
Check – (see "safety section")
Check the electrical connections.
Refer to the Engine Manufacturer's
Manual .
Replace after the first 50 hours
from new.
Check for correct tension and
excessive
wear.
Re–tension/replace as necessary.
Check for the build up of foreign
matter. Clean if necessary by
blowing out with air or pressure
wash.
Replace after the first 150 hours

compensate for wear.
Check the bolts securing the
running gear to the chassis and
re–tighten where necessary (Refer
to the TORQUE SETTING TABLE
within this manual). Reset the tab
washer. Check and adjust the
brakes and brake cables. Adjust
and grease the linkages. Check the
towing eye bolts under the bellows
cover (If applicable).
