Switching the fan on and off

The fan has three speeds.
• To set the desired level, move the

Metal grease filter
(2)
The openings in the cover on the underside of
the exhaust hood serve as the metal grease
filters (2). This absorbs the grease and oil
1 0
from the vapour sucked in by the exhaust
hood, which has been produced during frying
(8)
and cooking and has spread through the air.
To ensure effective protection for the motor,
the exhaust hood may only be operated if the
fleece grease filter (supplied) or a carbon filter
mat is inserted.
