Install Outdoor Unit

1 Install connecting pipe
The flare end of the connecting pipe coincides with the flare end connector of the corresponding valve
Tighten nuts on connecting pipe forcibly then tighten it by spanner (as shown in Fig.11.7)
Note: Too great of torque would damage nuts.
Refer the following list
for tightening torque
Connect pipe nut
2 Distribution line connection
Disassemble the right side board of the outdoor unit, drill
hole for connection of the outdoor unit and sheath with
line passing rubber ring;
Disassemble line clamp, connect the power lines to the
terminal board and fix them as shown in Fig.11-9. Take
off the clamp, connect and fix the power connect lines to
the wiring terminal board (as shown in Fig.11.8);
With line clamp, fix the power lines and signal control
line. Connect the corresponding connectors properly
Ensure that wire has been fixed firmly

The lead between the connecting and the fixed should be a little
freedom when fixing it with wire clamp.
