Check Items for Trial Run and after Installation

1 Trial Running

1.Preparation for trail running
Before completing the entire installation, power cannot be turned on
Control circuit should be connected correctly, all wire be connected firmly
Open stop valves of both thick and thin pipes
All scattered things, especially scrap and wire etc., should be taken out from the unit
Open the front panel and set the manual switch to"Run"mode.
2.Trial running method
(1) Turn on the power
(2) Press ON/OFF button of remote controller. Press mode button to select working mode such as COOL,
DRY, HEAT and FAN to see if operations are normal.

Is the installation firm enough?
Is leakage test done?
Is heat insulation sufficient?
Is drainage smooth?
Is power voltage the same as that listed in
nameplate?
Is installation of circuit and pipeline correct?
Is unit grounded safely?
Is wire model fits relative regulation?
Is air inlet or outlet vent of indoor and outdoor unit
blocked?
Are the length of refrigerant pipe and the charge
amount of refrigerant recorded?
