Disassemble the capillary
Solder off soldering points of capillary and valve
and condenser outlet pipe to remove the
capillary. It should be noted not to block the
capillary during the soldering.
As shown in Fig.8-21

Disassemble the valve
Screw off 2 screws fixing the big valve, and then
solder off the connecting points of the big valve
and the gas return pipe to remove the big valve.
(It is recommended to wrap completely the big
valve with wet cotton gauze to avoid damaging
the valve with high temperature.)
Screw down 2 bolts fixing the small valve, and
solder off the soldering points connecting the
big valve and the cross type pipe to remove the
big valve.

Disassemble the compressor
Firstly Solder off pipes connecting the compres-
sor and then screw off 3 base screws of compres-
sor to remove the compressor.
