Possible cause:
The DESA control unit has de-
tected a fault. Damping action
and/or the spring adjustment may
be the cause. In the Auto loading
mode, the cause may be a fault
in the function of the riding posi-
tion compensation. In this state,
the motorcycle is probably heav-
ily damped and is uncomfortable
to drive, particularly on poor road-
ways. Alternatively, the spring
setting may be set incorrectly.
Have the malfunction corrected
as soon as possible at an
authorized specialist workshop,
preferably an authorized
BMW Motorrad retailer.
