Convection Roast Mode
Convection Roast Mode uses heat from both convection fans, with additional heat from the broil element, intensifies
the convective and radiant heating in this mode. This combination gently browns the exterior and seals in juices,
making it perfect for roasting tender cuts of beef, lamb, pork and poultry. The temperature probe may be used in this
mode.
NOTE: Always Preheat oven for Convection Roast Mode. The oven will chime after the oven reaches preheat
temperature.
NOTE: In Convection Roast Mode, standard recipe temperature should be reduced by 25°F.
To initiate Convection Roast Mode, Press the CONVECTION BROIL key. The number "1", (Preset temperature of
325°F) will appear in the display. The oven begins to heat after 10 seconds or by pressing the ENTER key. (See
Figure 3-50). To change the temperature from the preset 325°F, immediately enter another temperature using the
number keys. Then, press the ENTER key. (See Figure 3-51). To exit the Convection Roast Mode, press the Oven
OFF key. For Double Ovens press the Upper Oven OFF key or the Lower Oven OFF key. (See Figure 3-52).
