To set the time of day
When the electricity supply to the
appliance is switched on, the minute
minder display will flash, until the
correct time of day has been set.
Within the first 5 seconds of switching
the appliance on, the time of day can
be set using the "+" plus and "-" minus
buttons.
If you have not set the time of day
within the 5 seconds of switching the
appliance on, you will need to press
the reset button once, then press the
plus and minus buttons.
To alter or set the time of day at any
other time, press the reset button once,
and use the plus and minus buttons to
set the correct time.

Please note that we recommend that
the electricity supply to the appliance
is not switched off unnecessarily.

Using the Minute Minder

To select an alarm tone
Press the minus button to listen to the
first tone.
Release the minus button and press it
again to listen to the second tone, etc.
Releasing the minus button after the
tone has sounded will automatically
select that tone.
Setting the minute minder
Press the minute minder " " button,
then use the plus and minus buttons to
set the required time.
The minute minder (bell) symbol will
appear on the display.
You can cancel the minute minder at
any time by pressing the m i n u t e
minder button and the minus button
until the display returns to 0.00.
After setting, the display will revert to
show the time of day, but you can
press the minute minder button, and
the display will show the minutes
remaining.
The tone will sound at the end of the
time set - to stop the tone, press the
minute minder button.
