Supplying the time code externally

The time code output from the camera corresponding to the camera video or the playback video can be supplied to an external recording device.

Select the [REC SETTINGS] menu → [TC] → [TC IN/OUT SEL] → [TC OUT].

Select the [REC SETTINGS] menu → [TC] → [TC OUT REF] → [RECORDING].
The same time code can be recorded to the video of the same time on two devices.
r To match the time code output from the <TC IN/OUT> terminal to the video of the SDI output or the monitor output

Select the [REC SETTINGS] menu → [TC] → [TC OUT REF] → [SDI OUT].
NOTE

t TCR is output during playback. TCG output during playback is not supported.
t When [FREQUENCY] is [23.98p] or [24.00p], time code output may be off by 1 frame.
t External locks by user bits are not supported.
