Clean the Heat Exchanger
Ensure the heat exchanger is cleaned every 6 months.
WARNING: Do not touch the heat exchanger with your hand, which
may cause an injury.
•
Remove the fluff from the heat exchanger using a vacuum cleaner with a dusting brush
attached.
•
Gently clean the heat exchanger without applying any pressure. Otherwise, the heat
exchanger could be damaged. The dryer will not dry if the cooling fins are damaged or
bent.
Cleaning the Dryer
•
Disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
•
Clean the dryer with a damp cloth.
•
Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, glass cleaners
or all-purpose cleaners. These could damage plastic
surfaces and other parts.
•
It is recommended to wear gloves when cleaning.
•
Clean the door, especially the inside window.
•
Clean the seal around the door opening.
•
Clean the humidity sensor inside the drum.
•
Before starting the dryer, dry all parts with a soft cloth.
