Clean the Filter
This dryer has a primary door lint filter. Ensure the door
filter is cleaned after each cycle.
1.
Open the door.
2.
Remove the filter.
3.
Open the filter and remove the fluff on the
filter. Rinse the filter with water.
4.
Dry the filter thoroughly before reinstalling.
Clean the Base Filter
Ensure the base filter is cleaned every 6 months.
1.
Open the cover.
2.
Unlock the three locking tabs and grasp the filter
handle.
3.
Remove the base filter and clean it. If there is a lot
of lint on the filter, rinse it with water. Dry the filter
thoroughly before installing it back.
4.
Clean the rubber seal, both at the filter and handle.
5.
Re-insert the filter.
6.
Lock the three locking tabs and ensure they are in
the correct lock position.
7.
Close the cover until there is a click sound.
Notes:
•
Take notice of the correct orientation before replacing the filter.
•
The fluff accumulated on the filters will block the air circulation. Not cleaning the filters
regularly will increase drying time and energy consumption.
•
Disconnect the power cord before cleaning
•
Do not operate the dryer without the filters
