When assembling the pedals, pay attention to the installation direction:
The R (Right) pedal is mounted on the right crank
The L (Left) pedal is mounted on the left crank
The R pedal is normally screwed in clockwise.
Pedal L is screwed anti-clockwise.
V I SUA L I N SPE C T I O N
Make sure you have no loose fasteners.
Raise the front wheel about 10 cm off the ground, then jolt it on the ground.
Verify that none of the devices appear loose to the sound or sight.
In the event that some accessories appear loose, tighten them carefully, if you are
not sure, ask those who have more experience than you to have them checked, or
a mechanic.
Make sure the tires are inflated correctly; get on the bike and watch the tires inflate,
after applying your weight.
Compare what you see with the appearance of the tires when they are properly
inflated and intervene if necessary by inflating them.
Spin the wheel slowly and check for cuts in the tread and sidewall.
Before using the bicycle, replace damaged tires.
To check wheel alignment, spin one wheel at a time, then check wheel-to-brake
contact and make sure there is no sideways rocking.
Make sure the saddle and stem are parallel to the centerline of the bike and locked
securely so they cannot twist and lose their aligned position.
Make sure the handlebar grips are secure and in good condition, if not, have them
replaced.
Make sure that the ends of the handlebars are inserted correctly, if not, have them
inserted correctly at a dealer before using the bicycle.
Take care of the rims, if worn or deformed they can be dangerous. To check the
wear of the rims, contact a qualified technician.
Only use appropriate spare parts authorized by the manufacturer.

cian.
