Do not use the vehicle after drinking alcohol, taking stimulant or psychotropic
substances which can alter the emotional state, the sensory capacities and the
mastery of movements.
Do not use the vehicle in dangerous situations for your personal safety and that of
people close to you.
The bicycle is not designed for off-road use, for carrying heavy loads or other
weight, nor for towing carts. If you decide to use your bicycle in an extreme or
aggressive way, you have a good chance of injury and you accept with awareness
that you are putting yourself at a greater risk of serious injury or loss of life.
When driving in traffic conditions, it is advisable to signal your movements and
pedaling in advance so that motorists can see you and understand your move-
ments; avoid distractions and pedal carefully trying to predict situations that may
occur;
Always use suitable clothing that does not hinder movement and flat shoes
(possibly sports shoes with a non-smooth rubber support surface) that ensure the
necessary grip and stability on the bicycle.
As happens with any means of locomotion, the use of the vehicle also involves
the risk of injury for those who use it and for other people nearby, as a result of
accidental falls or bumps.
It is therefore necessary to always wear protective elements (such as an approved
cycling helmet, etc...) and adequate signaling elements (high visibility clothing).
Also pay the utmost attention so as not to cause damage to people and things. In
the event of use in the rain or on a damp road, visibility and grip are lower, braking
distances are greater, therefore the user must adapt his speed and brake earlier.
The use of the vehicle by minors must always be supervised by an adult.
The use of the bicycle is not permitted for children aged 14 or younger.
Do not try to disassemble the product or its parts.
Do not tamper with the bicycle by altering the functionality of its components or
by replacing them with components that are not suitable or authorized by the
manufacturer.
Any repair work must be carried out by authorized personnel, in accordance with
the warranty conditions.
Check the bicycle parts frequently, repair them immediately if any faults are found.
