A DJ U S T I N G T H E S A D D L E A N D
After getting on the bicycle, touch the ground with two feet to detect the correct
height of the saddle; then tighten the lever on the seat tube and lock it carefully.
To check if the saddle height is correct:
• sit on the saddle;
• put your heel on one of the pedals;
• rotate the crank until the pedal on which you placed your heel is in the lowest
position.
If your leg is not fully extended, the saddle height needs to be adjusted.
If the hips have to swing to reach the pedal, the saddle is too high.
If the leg is bent at the knee when the heel is on the pedal, the saddle is too low.
Never raise the saddle beyond the limit indicated on the seat tube.
If there are coil springs under the saddle, in case of assembly or disassembly, keep
the adequate protections and be careful to avoid crushing fingers.
The handlebar is pre-adjusted at the factory to a standard height. If a different
adjustment is required, contact a qualified technician

• Use the brakes sensitively, especially on rainy days
snow, or in poor grip conditions
• Reduce speed in poor grip conditions and when descending steep slopes;
• When braking, it is advisable to use the rear brake first
and then the front one
• Regularly check the wear of the braking system and replace it when worn.
• Be careful, the brake can get hot during use. Do not touch after use.
• The right lever controls the rear brake and the left one the front brake.
