I ci- clisti, consapevoli del rischio che corrono durante le uscite all’alba, al tramonto o di notte, devono prestare ancora maggior attenzione quando pedalano e utilizzare l’attrezzatura specifica che li aiuta a ridurre tali rischi.

    C O N SI G L I PR I M O U T I L I Z ZO E’ consigliabile una prima uscita con la vostra nuova bicicletta per acquisire confi- denza; scegliete un percorso semplice, lontano dal traffico, dagli altri ciclisti, dagli ostacoli e da altri pericoli.
  • Page 25 Se volete effettuare personalmente un controllo sulla bicicletta, alzate la ruota an- teriore e fate oscillare la bicicletta a destra e a sinistra utilizzando il manubrio. Se avete la sensazione di un colpo sordo ad ogni movimento del manubrio, probabil- mente avete lo sterzo allentato.

The pedal assisted electric bicycle is a hybrid vehicle that combines our muscu- lar strength with the electric power of a motor.   • Page 55 If you want to check the bicycle yourself, lift the front wheel and rock the bicycle left and right using the handlebars. If you feel a thump with every movement of the handlebars, you probably have a loose steering. If you feel a sticking or rough feeling when turning, it is possible that the steering is too tight.
