 Retain these instructions for future reference.
 Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that
the hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.
 For Flare-up control please refer to the 'OPERATION' section of this manual.

  • Page 5 Assembly IMPORTANT! TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver,  adjustable spanner or metric spanner set.   • Page 6   Carefully turn the trolley assembly over right side-up. Unfold the trolley assembly as shown. Attach one Side Shelf Support (C1) to the barbecue body using M6x12 Bolts (D1x6pcs) as shown. Repeat above process for the other side shelf support. Make sure the side shelf buffers face upward when attaching the side shelf support.
  • Page 7 Carefully place the barbecue body assembly onto the trolley assembly, and fix with M6 Wing Bolts (D2x2pcs). Then lock the four latches as shown. Unlock the latch on the side shelves, and extend them to horizontal position. Unfold the Wind Shields (B9, B10, B11) and secure them in position by in placing the locking tabs on side wind shields into the slots in barbecue body.
  • Page 8 Lay the Flame Tamers(B6) carefully into the body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Cooking Grill (B7) into place. NOTE: Ensure that the flame tamer lies directly underneath the grills. Insert the Drip Tray (C4) by sliding it underneath the barbecue body.
