Programme overview

As the factory default setting, the reprocessing programmes are assigned to the A 503 mo-
bile unit. The following modules can be used in various combinations:
Exceptions to this are the
In order to use other mobile units, new load carriers must be set up in the web interface
under "Load carrier management". "Load carrier management" is described in the pro-
gramming manual.
Power levels
The mobile units in the modular loading concept can be fitted with modules in different
ways. Depending on the type and number of modules used, different volumes of water and
pump speeds are required to achieve a similar wash pressure. The individual reprocessing
programmes are therefore available with different power levels. The higher the power level
of a reprocessing programme, the higher the volume of water and the pump speed.
The programme structure and the following parameters, which are relevant to performance,
are identical in the different power levels:
- The water quality
- The temperature
- The holding time
- The dispensed process chemicals in %
- The drying temperature
- The drying duration
(see appendix: "Power levels/mobile units/module combinations" table)
The standard programmes must be copied and adapted for the APLW 511 3-level mobile
unit.
(see appendix: "Power levels of the programmes/Mobile units/Module combinations for
the APLW 511" table)
New programmes with the "Max" power level for a load containing 7–9 modules are in-
cluded in the appendix to the programming manual as programme overviews.
