TROUBLESHOOTING
Any of the following fail to light: headlights, high beam indicator light, taillight, license plate light, position
lights or meter light.
TIP
• Before troubleshooting, remove the following part(s):
1. Front cowling assembly
2. Fuel tank
3. T-bar
1. Check the condition of each bulb
and bulb socket.

2. Check the fuses.
(Main, headlight, ignition, and haz-
ard lighting)

4. Check the main switch.

6. Check the pass switch.

warmer relay.

Replace the bulb(s) and bulb socket(s).

• Clean the battery terminals.
• Recharge or replace the battery.
