the camera at a strong light source, as it may cause overexposure of the picture, and may affect the longevity of the
camera's sensors.
Ensure that the camera is in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
6. Operation and Maintenance
Do not touch the camera sensor or lens directly.
To clean dust or dirt from the lens, use an air blower or a microfiber cloth.

Overview

This 4K UltraHD camera features the latest JS technology which allows the camera to operate in any web browser
without the use of a plugin. The camera provides various functions such as recording, playback, perimeter
protection, as well as face detection, human/vehicle detection, etc. which can be used to reduce false motion alerts
using object filtering. The camera also features a built-in siren, microphone, and white light LED to provide full color
night vision.
This camera adopts a high-quality design to achieve high levels of reliability and security. It can be configured to work
locally, as well as on a network. This camera works using a POE connection and interfaces with most networks
through the Ethernet port of your router.

AI Features
This camera offers the following AI features; Face Detection, IVS (Tripwire/Intrusion/Smart Motion Detection
(Human/Vehicle), People Counting, and Heat Map. Face detection allow the camera to detect faces up to 28ft away
and sends a snapshot of the event using email alerts or push notifications in the Amcrest View Pro app.
IVS features are used for perimeter protection. Smart Motion Detection works with the camera's built-in motion
detection capabilities to reduce false alerts from objects such as trees, animals, or other non-human or vehicular
shapes, people counting is used to provide a statistic based on the number of people who enter and exit a certain
area, and heat map is used to determine the overall crowd flow (density) over a certain amount of time in a specific
area. Details of the AI features included with your camera are provided in this document.
Deterrent (Siren)
The camera has a built-in speaker which allows the camera to activate a siren or custom audio alert to sound when
motion is detected. The speaker can also be used as two-way audio using the Amcrest View pro app or in the web
user interface if applicable.
Color Night Vision
This camera has four white light LEDs on the front of the camera which are activated when the amount of detected
light is too low. The lights provide color night vision only and cannot be used as active deterrents, flash, or activate
upon motion.
