Problem solving guide

With the help of the following guide, minor faults in the performance of the appliance,
some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be remedied without contacting
Miele. This will save you time and money because you will not need a service call.
Please note, however, that a call-out charge will be applied to unnecessary service visits
where the problem could have been rectified as described in these operating instructions.
You should, however, note the following:
 Repair work to electrical appliances must only be carried out by a suitably qualified
technician in strict accordance with current local and national safety regulations.
Unauthorised or incorrect repairs could cause personal injury or damage to the
appliance.
