Possible cause and remedy
The machine feet are not level.
Level the machine and adjust the feet.
Not a fault Slurping noises occur at the start and end of
the pump sequence as a normal part of operation.
The water pressure is too low.
Clean the filters in the water inlet.
Powder detergent used in conjunction with water softeners
tends to become sticky.
Clean the detergent drawer and, in future, add detergent
first and then the water softener into the compartment.
The siphon tube is not correctly positioned or is clogged.
Clean the siphon (see "Cleaning and care – Cleaning the
detergent drawer, additives compartment and siphon").
A different language has been selected.
Switch the washing machine off and then on again.
The selected supervisor language appears in the display.
The supervisor language has been changed.
Select the language you require (see "Supervisor level –
Language").
The machine detected an imbalance during the final spin
and reduced the spin speed automatically.
Include both large and small items in the load as this will
give better distribution.
Fault in the programme sequence.
Switch the washing machine off and then back on with
the button.
Note the message in the display.
Touch the Start/Stop sensor.
The programme will continue and the drum will spin.
