Using the hob
3.5 Barbecue function
In Flexzone mode, the BBQ function keeps the temperature of your cookware at a suffici-
ently high level to prepare barbecue dishes.
It is particularly suitable in combination with a standard induction-compatible grill plate
for even grilling of meat and vegetables, or also for searing or grilling in a pot or pan.
Using the barbecue function
Make sure the hob is in flexzone mode.
1. Select a cooking zone for which you want to use the BBQ function, press and hold the
Flexzone / BBQ key for three seconds to start the BBQ function (cooking zone display will
show
/
).
2. If you want to cancel the BBQ function, select the cooking zone for which you want to
cancel the function and touch the Flexzone / BBQ key. The zone will switch back to power
level ‚0' and you can reset it.
