COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

BUTTONS ON THE COMPUTER
Mode
Used to switch between the presets time, count/repetitions, distance, calories and
heart rate.
When selecting, for example, time, press mode until time flashes, then increase or
decrease the desired training time by pressing the Up or Down buttons.
Reset
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to reset all values on the screen.
Up
Press to increase the desired value of the following functions: time, repetitions,
distance, calories, and heart rate.
Down
Press to decrease the desired value of the following functions: time,
repetitions,distanse, kalorier og puls.
Recovery
Can only be used when using a heart rate belt with a frequency of 5k Hz (5.3k Hz).
By pressing the Recovery button, the computer checks how fast your heart rate goes
down and calculates from this how good shape you are in.
After completing the workout, press Recovery. Computer will count down from 60
seconds till zero. After completing the analysis, the computer will show a "fitness
score" between F1 and F6. This is only a calculation. For accurate measurement, it is
recommended to seek out someone with a training and health profession.
F1: Exellent shape
F2: Good shape
F3: Average shape
F4: Under average shape
F5: Poor shape
F6: Very poor shape
