FUNCTIONS
Time
Shows total training time. The value goes from 00:00 up to 99 minutes and 59
seconds.
The desired target can be set for time by pressing mode until «TIME» flashes on the
screen and then use UP or DOWN to select the desired target. When the target is
reached, the computer will emit a beep for 3 seconds.
Distance
Calculates the distance that has been performed. The value goes from 0.0 to 99.9 km.
You can set the desired target for distance by pressing mode until "Distance" flashes
on the screen and then use UP or DOWN to select the desired target. When the target
is reached, the computer will emit a beep for 3 seconds.
Count
Shows how many strokes have been made. The value goes from 0 to 9999.
You can set the desired target for strokes by pressing mode until "Count" flashes on
the screen and then use UP or DOWN to select the desired target. When the target is
reached, the computer will emit a beep for 3 seconds.
Calorie
Calculates how many calories are used during the workout.
The value goes from 0.0 calories to 9999 calories. The desired calorie target can be
set by pressing mode until "Calorie" flashes on the screen and then using UP or
DOWN to select the desired target. When the target is reached, the computer will emit
a beep for 3 seconds.
Pulse
The pulse is displayed in value from 40 beats per minute to 220 beats per minute.
To get a pulse on the computer, a heart rate belt with a frequency of 5k Hz (5.3k Hz)
must be used.
If there is no signal to the computer for 8 seconds, "P" will appear on the screen.
The required heart rate for the workout can be set by pressing mode until the heart
rate flashes on the screen and use UP or DOWN to select a zone between 90 and 220.
If the heart rate exceeds the selected limit, the screen will flash and you will have to
lower the intensity.
Strokes per minute
Displays the average strokes performed per minute
Travel distance
The screen indicates how long the working path is used at each stroke.
