(No. 15) from 2 Paper Tubes (No.
A) with Spanner (No. 88).
Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 10)
and the Rear Stabilizer (No. 11) to
the Main Frame (No. 1) with 4
Carriage Bolts (No. 13)
Washers (No. 14) and 4 Cap Nuts
(No. 15) using the Spanner (No.
88).
