  • Page 11 ADJUSTMENTS & USAGE GUIDE ADJUSTING THE SEAT POSITION To move the seat forward or backward, while seated on the bike, put your feet on the floor. Pull the Adjustment Handle (No. 8) towards you. Move the seat. Push the Adjustment Handle (No. 8) forward to secure.

    BATTERY INSTRUCTION BATTERY INSTALLATION: The meter uses 2 AA batteries. Open the battery cover from the back of meter, then put 2 batteries into the battery compartment. Make sure the (+) and (-) ends of the batteries are in the correct position. Put the battery cover back. BATTERY REPLACEMENT: If there is a problem with the display, try changing the batteries first.

    EXERCISE COMPUTER FUNCTION KEYS: MODE Press this button to change display or choose the window needs to be set. In monitor status, hold this button for 3 seconds to reset all values to zero. Set value of Time, Distance, Calorie and Pulse when not in scan mode RESET Press to reset Time, Distance, Calorie and Pulse.
