Trouble-shooting
You may be able to trouble-shoot the following malfunctions yourself. If not, note down
the error message in full (message, F and E numbers) and call Customer Services.

Possible cause
▪ The foreign body trap is
clogged.
▪ The drain pump is
blocked.
▪ The drain hose is bent
or kinked.
▪ The outlet or drain trap
is clogged.
▪ The foreign body trap is
clogged.
▪ The circulation nozzle is
clogged.
▪ Large items are un-
evenly distributed in the
washing drum.
▪ Pillows or similar items
in the wash.
▪ Wash items are tangled. ▸ Separate the wash items.
▪ The foreign body trap is
missing or is not sitting
correctly.
▪ The water tap is turned
off.
▪ The water inlet filter is
clogged.
▪ Water supply is interrup-
ted.
▪ Water pressure is too
low.
▪ Anti-leak protection was
triggered.
Solution
▸ Check cause (see page 34).
▸ Touch the
button.
▸ Restart the programme.
▸ Check cause (see page 34).

▸ Wash large and small items to-
gether.
▸ Remove the pillows.
▸ Spin the washing again.
▸ Spin the pillows separately.
