7 Troubleshooting

Message/Indicator
Description
The minimum window size is 1 mm for the
Fail/
LE250 models and 10 mm for the LE550
Min Wnd
models. One point of the adjusted or taught
OutRnge
window is out of range.
The TEACH failed, the target is out of
Fail/
range. The target might have moved out of
Out
range after the TEACH process began.

The window TEACH failed.

The adjusted or taught window size is too

The sensor automatically returns to the previous
setting.
TEACH the switch point within the measurement
range.
TEACH the window within the measurement
range.
The sensor automatically adjusts the window size
to maintain the minimum window size and
completes the adjust or TEACH operation.
Move the target within the measurement range.

Contact Banner Engineering to resolve.
Make sure that the master mode sensor is
configured and functioning properly. Check the
input wire connection between the master and
slave.
