For ALL operand,
254 = ALL
three operands:
254 = ALL.ZONE
Red Gain: 0-200
255 = CURRENT
Green Gain: 0-200
[None = CURRENT]
Blue Gain: 0-200
Mod 2: Color
0 = RED
1 = GREEN
2 = BLUE
255 = ALL
