Group Pickup
Your administrator can combine several telephones to
form a pickup group. If your telephone belongs to a pick-
up group, you can pick up calls for another group mem-
ber. You can only belong to one pickup group at a time.

Using Group Pickup

You can answer a colleague's telephone, for example, if
they are away from their desk.
Prerequisite: The "Group pickup" key is configured, see
page 46.
Your colleague receives an incoming and belongs to
your pickup group (consult the administrator):

Lift the handset.
Press the blinking key. You have transferred the call to
your phone.
