FLOATATION & FLEXIBILITY
Rake Wheels
Each rake wheel oscillates independently through
the wheel arm mount bolt with the slotted style
hole.
Rake wheel floatation pressure on either rake
beam can be adjusted by turning the crank handle
in either direction for heavier or lighter pressure.
The Hex/Jam nut is factory set for the correct
spring pressure. The correct distance setting is 4"
from the end of the bolt thread to the flat washer
next to the Hex/Jam nut combination.
ONE SIDED RAKING
Raking with one side can be accomplished by closing
either of the transport lock valves when the rake is in the
transport position. When the tractor remote hydraulic valve
is operated, only the rake arm with the hydraulic transport
lock valve in the open position will lower into the raking po-
sition. The rake arm with the hydraulic transport lock valve
in the closed position will stay in the transport position.
