Perform the following procedures at the recommended intervals at a minimum. Environmental conditions affect the maintenance requirements. Inspect the
components frequently and create a maintenance schedule suitable to your application and environment. Replace wear components with equivalent components.

Note that the oil level drops temporarily during
system operation.
Operate the system in air only mode once a week for
15 minutes.
Clean the wye strainer after each use. This is
dependent on water quality.
Replace the oil after first 30 hours of operation, then
yearly after that. Use ISO 68 low-foaming or anti-
foam hydraulic oil.
Replace the oil filter when you replace the oil.
Replace the air filter more often in dusty or dirty
environments.
Inspect the equipment during routine maintenance.
Replace the separator filter after a sudden increase
in oil consumption.
