Turn on the Bridge function
1 - Press the hotplate selection buttons (5) simultaneously, the display will show "=" and the power
level (e.g., 5).

2 - Select and set the desired cooking level (2).
Turn off the Bridge function
1 - Press any hotplate selection button (5) to deactivate the Bridge function. The display shows "-".
