Warranty

In accordance with our sales and delivery terms, the warranty period is 24
months from the date of sale if the device is not used commercially. If there
is a warranty claim, please contact our customer service (telephone, e-mail,
web site) so that we can arrange for your ClimateDetector to be picked up.
The warranty does not include high-use parts, and does not apply to mal-
functions resulting from improper use and insufficient care or maintenance
contrary to the directions in these operating instructions.

Disposal

Electrical appliances, accessories and packaging should be disposed of by
environmentally appropriate recycling. Do not place electrical appliances or
batteries in the trash. Such items should be collected, recycled or disposed
of in an environmentally responsible manner.
For EU countries only: According to European Directive 2012/19/EU,
unusable electrical equipment must be collected separately and dis-
posed of by environmentally appropriate recycling.
According to Directive 2006/66/EC, defective or depleted batteries
must be recycled. Unusable batteries can be delivered to our service
address or regional recycling centers for electrical equipment.

General safety instructions

 The operating instructions should be accessible to all users; keep them
with the device if you pass it on.
Do not remove markings and indicators from the ClimateDetector, nor

should you make them illegible.
 Do not disassemble or modify the ClimateDetector and its accessories.

Do not let anyone use it who is not familiar with it or who does not under-
stand these instructions.

The ClimateDetector is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children.

Workplace safety

 Do not operate the ClimateDetector in explosion-prone environments
containing flammable fluids, gases or dust.
 Use ordinary posture when using the device. Maintain proper footing and
balance at all times, thus allowing you to better control the device in un-
expected situations.
Pay attention when using the ClimateDetector, and do not become dis-

tracted. Do not operate the ClimateDetector if you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medicine. One moment of inattention when
using the device can result in serious injuries.
