Troubleshooting

Check the applicable items listed below if this product does not operate correctly.
If the problem is not resolved even after taking the following measures, contact an
office listed in "Appendix C Contact Information" ( pg.79).
Symptoms
This product is not
recognized by the
server.
The device
connected to this
product cannot be
recognized.
The server does
not operate
properly.
*: When the default value for the expansion ROM (Option ROM SCAN) of the slot where this product
is installed is "Disabled" in the BIOS settings for the server such as PRIMERGY RX300 S3, the [!!!
LP**** BIOS, ***] message is not displayed at the system startup.

Remedies
If the message is not displayed, turn off the
server, open the cover, and check that the card
is inserted properly in a PCI slot.

Turn on the connected device to the card first,
and then turn on the server after connected
