Cause
Box is not securely fixed/screws on the box
have loosened
Load is unevenly distributed/ not placed
centrally in the box
Load is insufficiently secured (e.g. against
slipping)
Screw connections have loosened
Remedy
Contact your specialist
bicycle dealer immediately for
remedy.
Make sure that the weight
is evenly distributed when
loading.
Use tensioning straps or lug‐
gage nets to secure loose
objects.
