e-Support Center Website: http://www.support.cusa.canon.com. Certification
maps on the e-Support Center Website provide easy access to the training.
This online course can be conducted at any dealer facility that is suitable for
online student learning.

• Google Chrome (recommended) or Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher
• imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4751i device (recommended)

I. uniFLOW Online Training
The uniFLOW Online eLearning course prepares technicians with the
knowledge required for setting up and configuring uniFLOW Online in the field.
Note:
• Service technicians, who have completed the uniFLOW Online training, are
entitled to live, phone-based support through the Canon USA TSC.
• uniFLOW Online training provides certification for uniFLOW Online and
uniFLOW Online Express.
