Online Course Training Facilities

The online courses are located in the e-Learning center on Canon
U.S.A., Inc.'s (hereinafter referred to as ("Canon USA")) e-Support Web
site: http://www.support.cusa.canon.com. Certification maps on the
e-Support Web site provide easy access to the training. The online
courses can be conducted at any dealer facility that is suitable for online
student learning. An imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2200 Series device
must be available to complete the labs.

Classroom Training Facilities

Classroom training is available in each of the five Canon Regional
Training Centers:
• Jamesburg, New Jersey
• Norcross, Georgia
• Irving, Texas
• Itasca, Illinois
• Irvine, California

• Windows workstation (Vista, XP, 2007, or higher)
• Microsoft Internet Explorer v7.0 or higher
• imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2200 Series device
• Applicable accessories (hardware and software)
