The rechargeable battery should be charged:
Before first use, charge the rechargeable battery for 14 hours using the power cord.
The rechargeable battery operating time is ca. 30 hours with the display backlight on
and 100 hours without it.
The symbol displayed means that the battery capacity will soon run down.
When the battery is charged, the following is displayed:
If the crane scale is not used for a prolonged period of time, remove the rechargeable
battery.

Battery operation

When the batteries are low, the battery symbol is displayed. After the battery is
discharged, the battery symbol and "Lo" are displayed.
Press the ON/OFF button and replace the batteries.
Open the battery compartment, replace the batteries and close the compartment.
To save batteries, the scale is switched off automatically after 4 minutes of idleness.
The "Auto-Off" function may be disabled in the menu.
If the crane scale is not used for a prolonged period of time, remove the batteries.
